Fidanka’s a-la-carte restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine daily featuring barbequed meat, fresh fish, homemade pasta, organic salads, unique sandwiches throughout the day. We grow basil, thyme and rosemary in our own garden. Breakfast boasts homemade artisan bread, and utilize nearby villages’ products such as butter, tahini and yoghurt. Our guests enjoy our food so much that despite over two-hundred restaurants in Kalkan, often join us for meals.
In our pool bar, we have an extensive wine menu as well as alcohol and non-alcohol drinks as well as our specialty cocktails. Frozen drinks with fresh fruit, hot and cold coffees and freshly squeezed juices are available as well.
